Agate Terrace is situated in the middle of Long Beach, Port St Johns. This is on the northern bank of the Umzimvubu River. The beach is approximately 4.5 km long, with long stretches of sand interspersed with rocky outcrops. Walking and relaxing is the order of the day.

Welcome to Keyser's Cottage, situated approximately 2.5km from the river mouth, along Long beach. We offer luxury self catering accommodation for up to 6 people. All you need bring are your bathing suits(optional), beach towels and maybe some food.
The cottage is a mere 25m off the high water mark of Long Beach, and is protected from the some times vicious winds by a barrier of Milkwood (walking) trees, which form a canopy at the front of the cottage. The ocean is visible from the front deck, which is ideal for idling away a few hours watching the waves.

A built in, covered braai area on the deck is ideal for those rainy days when you want to sit outside and have a braai.
The climate in Port St Johns in summer is warm to hot, with rain days that are not unpleasant enough to be couped up inside the house, so enjoy the outdoors whilst not getting wet.
The living area is very open plan and is light and airey.
The bar is stocked with most shapes and sizes of glasses to enable you to enjoy your stay.
The main bedroom looks out of huge windows onto the beach with a view as seen below.
